What Zitly actually is
Zitly is a set of small, single-purpose tools, including a color palette generator, an image optimizer, and a QR code builder, that run entirely in your browser tab. There's no account to make and no file that leaves your device.
Most free tool sites work the other way around: you upload a file, it goes to their server, gets processed, and comes back. That round trip is where the account walls, the watermarks, and the "sign up to download" screens usually show up. Zitly skips the round trip. Your browser does the work your computer was already capable of doing.
We test each tool across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari before it ships and again after major browser updates, because a color picker that silently breaks on one browser is worse than not shipping it.

Image and file tools use the browser's built-in Canvas API, and anything involving randomness, like passwords, uses the Web Crypto API. Both are native to your browser, not a Zitly server. You can verify there's no upload traffic yourself, in your browser's network inspector, while using any tool.
